Tea Time

Chai Tea

This recipe is quick and easy!

“Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.” -Thomas Edison-

You just need four teabags (e.g. black tea or any variant of your choice), one can of evaporated milk and three-forths cup of granulated sugar.

Bring to boil four cups of water, put in four teabags and let it boil for another minute to release its natural flavor. Add three-forths cup granulated sugar. Stir until evenly mixed. Simmer for another minute.

Turn off heat, let it sit. Transfer the tea mixture in a pitcher or any container. Strain to remove residue. Pour in one can of evaporated milk then stir.

Serve hot or cold.

Quick tips:
You can either serve it hot or cold. You can also add up some tapioca pearls when serving it cold. Black tea is preferrable when making Chai Tea.
