Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

Procedure:
* Mix melted butter and brown sugar
* Gradually add eggs (one at a time) then add condensed milk. Mix well until soft and creamy
* Slowly add desiccated coconut. Mix well
* Pre-heat oven at 240 degrees celsius
* Prepare and grease the macaroon molder with butter
* Pour in a tablespoon of macaroon mixture into the molder
* Bake for 20-30 minutes

Quick tips:
You can also use paper cup molders for the macaroon mixture.
