- ½ kilo low fat Australian Beef cubes
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- ½ cup low sodium butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
- Wash and thinly slice beef cubes
- Heat the pan with olive oil. Add butter and garlic. Sautee garlic add beef cubes.
- Add oyster sauce, teriyaki sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir-fry beef until tender and golden brown.
