Stir-fried Beef with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • ½ kilo low fat Australian Beef cubes
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • ½ cup low sodium butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper

Procedure:

  1. Wash and thinly slice beef cubes
  2. Heat the pan with olive oil. Add butter and garlic. Sautee garlic add beef cubes.
  3. Add oyster sauce, teriyaki sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir-fry beef until tender and golden brown.

Serve and Enjoy!
