Baked Potato with Parmesan Cheese

  • 2 large potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese


  1. Pre-heat oven at 240 degrees celsius.
  2. Thorougly wash potatoes. Poke small holes using a fork or chopsticks.
  3. Rub in salt and pepper on to potatoes’ skin. Brush with olive oil. Place in a baking tray.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, until skin is about to come off or golden brown.
  5. Let it rest for about a minute. Divide into two equal parts. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.

Serve and enjoy!
