- 4 pork belly strips
- 1 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. refined sugar
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Rub sugar, salt and pepper to pork belly strips and tie with a string to keep it intact. Marinate overnight.
- Brush pork belly strips with olive oil and place on the roasting tray. Roast for 45 minutes until all natural flavors come out.
- Let it cool for about 2 minutes. On a hot pot with olive oil, deep fry pork belly strips until golden brown.
