Crispy Pork Belly Strips

  • 4 pork belly strips
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. refined sugar
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil


  1. Rub sugar, salt and pepper to pork belly strips and tie with a string to keep it intact. Marinate overnight.
  2. Brush pork belly strips with olive oil and place on the roasting tray. Roast for 45 minutes until all natural flavors come out.
  3. Let it cool for about 2 minutes. On a hot pot with olive oil, deep fry pork belly strips until golden brown.

Best served hot!
