- 3 medium whole eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/5 cup water
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease the pan or the ramekin cups with butter.
- Beat cake mix, oil, water and eggs in a large bowl until moistened. Pour into pan or ramekin cups.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes then remove from pan.
Best served with hot chocolate or hot coffee!
Water may be replaced with full cream milk with the same measurement to produce a super moist chocolate cake.
