Betty Crocker Moist Chocolate Cake

  • 3 medium whole eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/5 cup water




  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease the pan or the ramekin cups with butter.
  2. Beat cake mix, oil, water and eggs in a large bowl until moistened. Pour into pan or ramekin cups.
  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes then remove from pan.

Best served with hot chocolate or hot coffee!

Quick tips:

Water may be replaced with full cream milk with the same measurement to produce a super moist chocolate cake.
