Beef Fajita Wrap

Fajita is a Mexican food that consists of cooked strips of meat served with flour tortilla and filling (such as avocado, cucumber, onion, pepper and tomato).

  • ¼ kg minced beef
  • 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp. canola oil
  • Onion
  • Cabbage
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Mayo-catsup mixture
  • Fajita wrap
  • Parmesan cheese




  1. Heat the pan with canola oil. Sauté onion until slightly caramelized. Add minced beef, oyster sauce and cabbage. Sauté for 3 minutes.
  2. Follow fajita wrap heating instructions. Dice cucumber and tomato.
  3. Spread mayo-catsup on fajita wrap, top with minced beef, cucumber and tomato. Fold or roll up the fajita wrap to enclose the filling.
  4. May also be served with parmesan cheese.
