Fajita is a Mexican food that consists of cooked strips of meat served with flour tortilla and filling (such as avocado, cucumber, onion, pepper and tomato).
- ¼ kg minced beef
- 2 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp. canola oil
- Mayo-catsup mixture
- Fajita wrap
- Parmesan cheese
- Heat the pan with canola oil. Sauté onion until slightly caramelized. Add minced beef, oyster sauce and cabbage. Sauté for 3 minutes.
- Follow fajita wrap heating instructions. Dice cucumber and tomato.
- Spread mayo-catsup on fajita wrap, top with minced beef, cucumber and tomato. Fold or roll up the fajita wrap to enclose the filling.
- May also be served with parmesan cheese.
