- 1/2 kg. Squid. Cleaned and cut into strips.
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- 5 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Season squid with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- In a hot pan, sauté garlic until slightly brown. (With olive oil and melted butter).
- Dump-in squid strips and sauté on medium heat until golden brown.
