Sautéed Squid Strips

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 kg. Squid. Cleaned and cut into strips.
  2. 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  3. 1 tbsp. melted butter
  4. 5 cloves garlic
  5. Salt and pepper

Procedure:

  1. Season squid with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a hot pan, sauté garlic until slightly brown. (With olive oil and melted butter).
  3. Dump-in squid strips and sauté on medium heat until golden brown.

Voila! Serve and enjoy!
