- 1 cups fresh strawberry (cleaned and sliced)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup fresh yogurt
- 1 cup strawberry ice-cream
- 1 cup low fat fresh milk
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- Crashed ice
- In a blender combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Toss in crashed ice; continue to blend until well incorporated.
- Pour into glasses. Serve and enjoy!
This yields two glasses per serving.
